Why you joined JCI Surigao Nickel
I joined JCI Surigao Nickel because I believed in the organization’s mission of developing young leaders who are committed to creating positive change in the community. From the very beginning, I saw JCI as more than just an organization—it is a platform where individuals can grow personally, professionally, and socially while making a meaningful impact on society.
Through my journey in JCI, I experienced opportunities that helped me improve my leadership skills, build strong friendships, and understand the true value of service. The projects, trainings, and community activities inspired me to become more responsible, proactive, and dedicated to helping others.

Passion and Advocacy
My Passion for community service and leadership development is the main reason why I chose to join JCI Surigao Nickel. I have always believed that real change starts with individuals who are willing to step forward, take responsibility, and serve others. JCI gave me the opportunity to turn that passion into action.
My Advocacy is centered on empowering young people to become active citizens who are not only focused on personal success, but also committed to helping the community grow. Through the programs and projects of JCI Surigao Nickel, I found a platform where I can promote leadership, volunteerism, and social responsibility.
What is your vision for this year?
My vision for this year is to build a stronger and more united JCI Surigao Nickel, where every member is active, empowered, and committed to creating positive impact in the community.

My main goal as President is to develop future leaders, strengthen member engagement, and implement meaningful projects that reflect the true mission of JCI.
What legacy do you want to leave?
I want to leave a legacy of unity, growth, and sustainability — an organization that is more active, more disciplined, and more prepared for the next generation of leaders.
What is your theme/motto for the year?
My theme for the year is “JairnyBeyond”, inspired by Journey Beyond, which means going beyond limits, beyond doubts, and beyond expectations to achieve greater impact as one JCI Surigao Nickel.
