Team White and Team Yellow went head-to-head at the City Gym, and from the opening tip, it was all intensity. Fast breaks, clutch shots, and solid defense kept everyone on their feet the entire game.

As part of JCI Week 2026, we — the JCI Surigao Nickel, JCI Surigao Wensie, and JCI Surigao North — brought the community together through our Mixed Doubles Pickleball Tournament.

This wasn’t just about competition. It was about collaboration across chapters, building camaraderie on and off the court, and creating a space where everyone could play, connect, and enjoy the moment. Mixed doubles meant partnership, trust, and communication — values that reflect who we are as JCI leaders.

Earlier today, we—JCI Surigao Nickel, together with JCI Surigao Wensie, JCI Surigao North, and JCI Siargao—came together for MULTREEPLY: Mangrove Growing Activity in Brgy. Panubigon, Punta Bilar.

Gracing the activity was our 2026 JCI Philippines Northern Mindanao Regional Vice President Junelyn Chavez, whose presence made the initiative even more meaningful as part of the JCI Week 2026 celebration.

Project Details:

Project SIGA — was successfully conducted at the DENR Ecovillage Sama Bajau Resettlement Site, Surigao City, bringing sustainable solar-powered lighting to the community and creating safer, brighter pathways for the residents.

This meaningful initiative became possible through the collaboration and shared commitment together with our co-host chapters, JCI Kagayhaan Gold and JCI Macajalar24K, united in creating positive impact through service and action.
